The professional stay is intended <strong>for project officers<\/strong>, <strong>postdoctoral fellows\/postdoctoral researchers,<\/strong> <strong>employees of public institutions<\/strong> active in the field of research and innovation or <strong>other employees<\/strong> active in engaging their organisation in international scientific cooperation.<\/p><p>The stay can be:<\/p><p>1) short-term: <strong>from<\/strong> <strong>2 to 4 weeks<\/strong><\/p><p>2) Long-term: <strong>from<\/strong> <strong>1 to 4 months<\/strong><\/p><p>The exact duration of the stay will be determined by mutual agreement and taking into account the capacity and availability of the SLORD office.<\/p><p>Possible dates of stays:<\/p><ul><li><strong>February &#8211; June<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>September &#8211; November<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c9c64f elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"6c9c64f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4df0d2e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4df0d2e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b93d9f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b93d9f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Basic information<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff783a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff783a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Seconded staff members are provided with working facilities <strong>free<\/strong> of charge on the premises of SLORD in Brussels. <strong>Travel and accommodation costs<\/strong> related to the staff member&#8217;s stay in Brussels shall normally be <strong>borne by the seconding institution<\/strong>. The seconded staff member remains fully <strong>employed by the seconding institution<\/strong> during his\/her stay and continues to work for it remotely. At the same time, he uses his presence in Brussels to familiarise himself with the activities of the SLORD office, to get to know the Brussels environment and to enrich his knowledge, experience and
