The purpose of these terms and conditions is to inform you about the conditions under which CVTI SR processes personal data. Any questions regarding the protection of your personal data can be sent in writing to the address of CVTI SR or by e-mail to gdpr@cvtisr.sk
CVTI SR processes personal data of data subjects in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on the protection of personal data (“Data Protection Act”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of personal data. CVTI SR has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the level of security in the processing of personal data.
Reason for processing personal data:
- compliance with legal and contractual obligations;
- protect the legitimate interests of us, our employees and others;
- to fulfill the tasks arising from the charter of incorporation dated 25.1.2002, as amended by amendment no.1 of 2.1.2008 and as amended by amendment no.2 of 12.5.2008.
